Membership and Services

  • Access to GymGPO’s features, discounts, and community tools may require payment of a subscription fee or agreement to specific terms. Membership offerings may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Suppliers listed on the platform are required to provide exclusive discounts to GymGPO members as part of their agreement.

Use of the Platform

You agree to use GymGPO for lawful purposes and not to:

  • Share inaccurate, defamatory, or inappropriate content.
  • Misuse the platform for spamming, hacking, or unauthorized data collection.

Violation of these terms may result in account suspension or termination without refund.

Transparency and Relationships

GymGPO is operated by Raw Athletics LLC, which also owns Vapor Fresh, a supplier featured on the platform. While Vapor Fresh provides member discounts, its listing does not imply endorsement over other suppliers. GymGPO strives for transparency and fairness.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raw Athletics LLC, its affiliates, and partners will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of GymGPO.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raw Athletics LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the platform or violation of these terms.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved exclusively through arbitration in the state of Virginia, under applicable laws.

Supplier Products and Services

  1. Independent Relationships:
    GymGPO connects gym owners and operators with suppliers but does not manufacture, sell, or warrant any products or services offered by those suppliers. All transactions are conducted directly between the member and the supplier.
  2. Disclaimer of Liability:
    GymGPO, Raw Athletics LLC, and its affiliates:
    • Are not responsible for the quality, safety, legality, fitness for a particular purpose, or performance of any products or services provided by suppliers listed on the platform.
    • Are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from the use of supplier products or services, including but not limited to defective products, misleading claims, or unfulfilled obligations by the supplier.
  3. Indemnification:
    Members and suppliers agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Raw Athletics LLC and GymGPO from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
    • The purchase, use, or misuse of supplier products or services.
    • Any disputes, injuries, or damages related to transactions between members and suppliers.
  4. Due Diligence:
    Members are encouraged to perform their own due diligence before purchasing any products or services from suppliers listed on GymGPO. The inclusion of a supplier on the platform does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee of their offerings.
  5. Vapor Fresh Disclaimer:
    As an entity under Raw Athletics LLC, Vapor Fresh is listed on GymGPO, but any purchases or use of Vapor Fresh products are subject to the same disclaimers and limitations of liability as other suppliers.
